How do I participate?

Joining is easy! Just click the Create An Account button to get started. Once you're registered with our store, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we you can enter our sweepstake. Each social share is an individual entry into the sweepstake and you can share multiple times for multiple entries. You then have further chances to accumulate entries by completing the eco-challenges which have different levels of entries for each challenge.

WHEN YOU COMPLETE A CHALLENGE, WE GIVE YOU ENTRIES INTO THE DRAWING. IT’S OUR WAY OF SAYING THANKS. CAMPAIGNS MAY ALSO INCLUDE CAMPAIGN PERKS THAT ARE GUARANTEED, IN ADDITION TO PRIZES THAT ARE REWARDED BY A RANDOM DRAWING. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER ANY SWEEPSTAKES.

ENTRY WEIGHTING.

Equality matters to us at the one Movement we use a system so that entries are treated equally. Each challenge may have a separate points entry system. Regardless of how you enter, for campaigns that start between 1st October 2021 and 1st October 2022 the maximum number of entries for any one person is 1,000 entries per person per campaign.

WHO CAN ENTER A CAMPAIGN?

We love everybody, so this sweepstake is open worldwide and prizes will ship worldwide.

WHEN CAN I ENTER A CAMPAIGN?

The end date for each campaign is listed on the campaign page. Unless otherwise specified, we usually start campaigns at 12:00:01 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) and end at 11:59:59 P.M. PT on the days specified.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I WON?

Within 10 business days of campaign close, we’ll use an automated random drawing process to draw a potential winner(s) for that campaign. A confirmation process, which may include a background check, will then take place to ensure the potential winner meets the legal standards required. Winner and, if applicable, their guest(s) agree to cooperate fully with One Movement in One Movement conducting any background check(s), which includes providing information requested by One Movement including, but not limited to, full legal names and addresses. If the Prize includes meeting a celebrity, meeting a public figure, or attending a special event and any background check indicates, in One Movements sole discretion, that the potential winner or the potential winner’s guest(s) pose a danger to or may harm the reputation of any person or entity involved in the sweepstakes, One Movement may disqualify said winner and move on to the next randomly drawn potential winner. Pending a positive outcome of the confirmation process, an One Movement representative will notify the potential winner via email and/or phone. The potential winner must respond within the time period designated in the notification, or One Movement, may move on to another randomly drawn potential winner. Before confirming a potential winner as the winner, One Movement, may require the potential winner to confirm their eligibility. Once that’s done, the potential winner and guest(s) must execute and return all required documents within the time frame specified by One Movement. If you do not execute and return all required documents within the time frame specified by One Movement you will forfeit the Prize and One Movement will move on to another randomly drawn potential winner.

Travel companions are also required to sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of tickets. Additionally, travel companions/guests of the winner may be subject to a background check, which may impact their ability to participate in the prize.

 

WINNER PROMOTION

By accepting the Prize, you agree that we can use your name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and Prize information to tell everyone how awesome the Prize was. This means we can include you in advertising and trade and promotional materials for One Movement, in any form of media (including media that’s not yet known), and that we can do so without any additional compensation. This only applies unless otherwise prohibited by law.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We want to get to know you! And so do our Charities and Prize Providers. So when you enter a sweepstakes, we’ll collect some information about you. Check out our privacy policy at www.onemovement.com/privacy to see what we collect and how we use it. If you choose to enter a sweepstakes, you agree to our privacy policy. You can always choose not to enter, but where’s the fun in that?

Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

WHAT IF WE DON'T GET ALONG?

We love you. And we hope you always love us too. But if you don’t, you agree that any and all disputes and disagreements between us will be governed by laws of the State of California and you will bring any claims only in the Federal and State courts located in Los Angeles, California. You also agree that unless you are prohibited from law in doing so, you promise you will bring any and all disputes, claims and causes of action against One Movement individually, without resort to any form of class action. Finally, unless the law prohibits you from doing so, you agree to waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages and participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
